Perspective has recently obtained resource consent for a new Equestrian Centre near Oamaru. It’s been Deb Smith’s dream to create an equestrian centre to provide a first-class riding centre for the benefit of the local community. With a large, covered arena, it provides an all-weather, year-round venue capable of accommodating a variety of equestrian exercises and events.
When Perspective came on board, Deb was fed up with dealing with the local Council. Perspective worked with Deb to present the development in a way that addressed the Council’s concerns, providing a great outcome for the community and environment while minimising development costs for Deb.
